Our Delivery Process
We understand that organising a celebration can be a bit demanding, which is why we provide a hassle-free delivery process.
- Our cakes are ready for delivery seven days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm.
- You have the flexibility to select your preferred delivery date and we will assign a two-hour delivery window on the preceding day. Our cakes are delivered in boxes that are suitable for refrigeration.
- For functions commencing before 5 pm, we suggest arranging for delivery on the previous day.

Do you provide delivery all week?
Yes, our delivery services are available from Monday to Sunday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through cards, bank transfers and PayPal.
Are the prices listed in your online shop or provided via email in AUD?
Yes, all prices shown in our online store or quoted over email are in Australian dollars (AUD).
What is your policy on refunds & cancellations?
We'll provide a full refund if you cancel your order two weeks before the scheduled delivery date. We will offer a 50% refund if you cancel one week before the arranged date. We will offer a 25% refund for cancellations done one day before the set date.
