Yes we deliver for free everywhere in the Melbourne region up to the following boundaries Mordialloc, Hallam, Boronia, Wonga Park, Wallan, Mickelham, Sunbury, Melton & Wyndham Vale.

We have a pick up option from our Epping factory if you live outside of our delivery areas.

When we deliver cakes we use a refrigerated van as cold cakes arrive in perfect condition. We recommend that you place your cake on a flat surface like the leg room of a car or the boot. Please try to keep that area as cold as possible with air con, please don't heat.

Yes we deliver Monday to Sunday, we will deliver your cake on the date that you choose for delivery. If you are unable to choose the delivery date it means that we are fully booked or closed.

We deliver Monday to Sunday between 7am to 5.30pm.

The day before delivery we will send a text message to the phone number listed in your order with a two hour delivery window.

If no one is at the delivery address between 7am to 5.30pm or your event starts earlier than 5.30pm we recommend delivery the day prior to a residential address. We will deliver your cake in a box that can fit inside your fridge. Delivery to residential addresses only. We don't deliver to venues, restaurants, parks, complexes or centres/play centres.

Feel free to place your order as early as you like, we will make and deliver your cake based on the delivery date that you place in your order.

For cakes that are needed soon, we need a minimum of four days notice.

Yes you can customise the cake colours & flavours. Also you can customise your decorations if the cake includes;

The silk flowers colours

Gold acrylic topper message (we need one week notice for custom messages but have Happy Birthday available)

For the kid’s cakes and the theme cake you can customise the theme for example Paw Patrol, Cocomelon, Collingwood AFL team etc

Our cakes have two flavours; the cake base and the cake filling.

Our cake base flavour options are:

* White chocolate mud cake

* Chocolate mud cake

* Red velvet mud cake

Our cake filling flavour options are:

White chocolate, raspberry, cookies & cream, caramel, cream cheese, chocolate or hazelnut

What are your ingredients?

Our cakes are made with chocolate, milk, flour, eggs, oil and flavours.

Our gluten free cake is made with gluten free flour instead of flour.

Our vegan cake doesn’t contain any animal products i.e. excludes eggs and milk

All of our cakes are halal as they don’t contain any gelatine, alcohol or animal fats apart from eggs

Our payment methods are bank card, bank transfer & Paypal

All prices displayed in our online shop or quoted via email correspondence are in AUD

Our online shop payment transactions are processed by merchants Shopify or PayPal. Their platforms are integrated into our site and offer an extra layer of buyer & seller protection, along with the guarantee that your card information remains private & secure.

We can offer a full refund but deduct a $20 banking and admin fee

We can offer a 50% refund to cover decorations and work that has been done for your cake
