Our Cake Delivery Process
We offer delivery from 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
You will receive a notification with a two-hour delivery window the day prior to your scheduled delivery. Please ensure someone is available at home to receive the package during this period.
To ensure freshness for events starting before 5 p.m., we suggest scheduling delivery the day before. Your cake will be packaged in a refrigerator-friendly box to maintain its quality.

- We provide a 100% refund if an order is cancelled two weeks before the scheduled delivery date.
- For cancellations made one week before the delivery date, we offer a 50% refund.
- If cancellation occurs just one day before the scheduled date, we return 25% of the total amount paid.
