Our Cake Delivery Process
We deliver from 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
- You will be notified of the two-hour delivery window the day before the scheduled delivery. Please ensure someone is available at home during the specified times to receive the package.
- For events starting before 5 pm, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before. Your cake will arrive in a fridge-friendly box to ensure freshness.

When should I place my cake order?
Feel free to place your cake order whenever it's convenient for you. For urgent orders, please provide at least two days' notice.
Do your delivery services operate all week?
Our delivery services operate seven days a week, from Monday through Sunday.
What payment options do you have available?
We accept payments via card transactions, bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices listed on our online store or provided through email correspondences are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
What is your refund & cancellation policy?
- We offer a full 100% refund if you cancel your order two weeks before the scheduled delivery date.
- If you cancel one week before the delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- For cancellations made one day before the delivery date, we provide a 25% refund.
