Our Delivery Process
We provide delivery services from 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
A day before delivery, we notify you of your two-hour delivery window. Please ensure someone is available at home to receive the package.
For events starting before 5 pm, we suggest delivery the day prior. Your cake will arrive in a fridge-friendly box.

HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER AN 18TH BIRTHDAY CAKE?
You can order your cake as early as you wish. For urgent orders, we require a minimum of two days' notice.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE BIRTHDAY CAKE?
Absolutely! You can customise the flavour, colour, and theme of our 18th birthday cakes.
For cakes that include decorations, you can customise:
- Silk flowers: We offer a variety of colours to choose from.
- Gold acrylic topper message: For any custom messages, excluding the "Happy Birthday" topper, we require at least one week's notice.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
- Our cakes are made using chocolate, milk, flour, eggs, oil, and flavouring (unless otherwise specified).
- For our gluten-intolerant customers, we offer gluten-free cakes.
- Vegans can enjoy our egg-free and milk-free cakes.
- All our cakes are halal, free from gelatine, alcohol, and animal fats, except for eggs.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY 18TH BIRTHDAY CAKE?
We accept payments through card, bank transfer & PayPal. All prices displayed online or quoted via email are in AUD.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
- A full refund is available for cancellations made two weeks prior to the delivery date.
- A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made one week before the scheduled date.
- A 25% refund is applicable for cancellations made within one day of the scheduled date.
