Our delivery process
Order a special ‘16th birthday’ cake from Stylish Cakes and enjoy free delivery on your preferred date. We deliver from 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
- You will be informed about the two-hour delivery window a day before the delivery.
- Please make sure that someone is available at home during the specified delivery times to receive the package.
- For events starting before 5 pm, we suggest selecting the day before as your delivery date. Your cake will come in a fridge-friendly box.

DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER MELBOURNE?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in the Melbourne region up to the following boundaries: Braeside, Hallam, Boronia, Wonga Park, Wallan, Mickleham, Sunbury, Melton & Wyndham Vale.
HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Order your cake as early as you like. But, at least two days' notice is required for urgent orders.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE BIRTHDAY CAKE?
Yes, you can customise the cake's flavour, colour, and theme. You can also customise your decorations if the cake includes:
- Silk flowers- we have a variety of colours you can choose from.
- Gold acrylic topper message- we need at least one week's notice for any custom messages, except for the Happy Birthday topper.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS USED?
- Our cakes are made with chocolate, milk, flour, eggs, oil, and flavouring (unless otherwise specified).
- For those who are gluten intolerant, we offer gluten-free cakes that use gluten-free flour instead of wheat flour.
- For our vegan customers, we offer cakes that do not contain animal products, such as eggs or milk.
- All our cakes are halal, which means they are free from gelatine, alcohol, and animal fats, except for eggs.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CAKE?
Our payment methods are card, bank transfer & Paypal. All prices displayed in our online shop or quoted via email are in AUD.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY?
We offer a full refund if you cancel your order two weeks before delivery.
- For cancellations made one week before the scheduled date, you receive a 50% refund.
- For cancellations made one day before the scheduled date, you receive a 25% refund.
