Our Delivery Process
Delivery from 8 am to 5 pm, every day a week.
You will be notified with a two-hour delivery window one day before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your cake during the specified delivery time.
For events before 5 pm, we recommend delivery the day prior. Your cake will arrive in a convenient, fridge-friendly box.

HOW MANY DAYS AHEAD SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend placing your order a minimum of two days in advance to ensure it's prepared and delivered on your preferred date.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY VINTAGE CAKE?
Yes, you can personalise the taste, colour, and style of your vintage cake.
You can also personalise the gold acrylic topper message. (We require a minimum of a week's notice for customised messages, except for our Happy Birthday topper).
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR VINTAGE CAKES?
Unless specified otherwise, our cakes are crafted with chocolate, milk, flour, eggs, oil, and flavouring.
For those with gluten intolerance, our gluten-free cakes provide a tasty solution by swapping out traditional wheat flour for a gluten-free option.
For our vegan customers, we offer cakes that are free from animal products, meaning no eggs or milk.
All our cakes are halal—they are free from gelatine, animal fats and alcohol, except for eggs.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY VINTAGE CAKE?
We accept payments through card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
All prices shown on our online store or provided through email communication are in Australian dollars AUD.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
- If you cancel your order two weeks before the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made one week before the set date.
- A 25% refund is given for cancellations made a day before the scheduled date.
